Menard Manor also has a 15-unit Independent Living Retirement Center for those individuals able to live alone but desiring companionship and a sense of community. Prime candidates for one of our beautiful independent living apartments would be someone a minimum of 60 years old, and having a doctor's statement confirming that the individual meets the  independent living requirements.
